Melrose place becoming a Lifetime movie

Lifetime has greenlit Unauthorized Melrose Place Story The popular 90s show about a group of young adults living in the swanky apartment Melrose Place is becoming a movie. The movie will center around the ups and downs of cast members, the arrival of Heather Locklear, and actors asking for even more groundbreaking story lines to push their craft and star power to new heights. The project is executive produced by Michael Larkin his credits include Secrets in the Walls. Howard Braunstein will also be executive producing the movie. Christian Bruyere will produce the move her credits include A Girl’s Best Friend. Dana Schmalenberg writer of Single ladies will also write for ˜Unauthorized Melrose Place Story.’ Mark Griffiths will direct.

 

The ˜Unauthorized Melrose Place Story’ continues the Lifetime’s direction of Unauthorized stories that include Beverly Hills 90210 and Full House. Last year, Lifetime aired ˜Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story.
